CAREER
1990 -1991 - administrator at State Television and Radio of the Kazakh SSR.
1991-1992 - producer of the international television competition "Voice of Asia".
1992 - founded Rival advertising agency and became its head.
1993 - founded and became the head one of the first commercial media holdings in Kazakhstan—the television and radio company "31 kanal".
1994 -1996 - founder and CEO of the company "RosMediaMonotoring" (RMM).
1996 - 2002 - Sale of RMM's share to Gallup Media research company and creation of Gallup AdFact monitoring company, CEO of Gallup AdFact.
2002 - sale of Gallup AdFact to the international group WPP and transfer to Media Arts communications group to the position of CEO of FCB international agency.
2009 - Senior Vice President of Media Arts Group.
2010 - President of Media Arts Group holding.
Since 2016, Oleg Volkosh has been the head and partner of Mediaplus Group Russia, part of Serviceplan international network media holding.
In 2012, Oleg Volkosh joined YPO. Since 2016, he has been a member of Executive Committee of YPO Russia, PR and Communication Officer, and in 2017, he became the head of the Russian branch of YPO and became the Chapter Chair of YPO Russia. In 2018, he joined YPO Europe Board and Executive Committee. Since 2018, the first YPO Impact Officer in Europe.
MEDIA ARTS - the largest Russian communications holding. In 1989, Dmitry Chernyshenko founded Media Arts group of companies.
Services include all types of marketing services and production of advertising materials. Clients are major Russian and international companies (Rosneft, VTB Group, Wimm Bill Dann, Mars and others).
Since 1999, Media Arts has been the representative of FCB international network in Russia.
Since 2002, the geography of Media Arts Group offices has been expanding. FCB MA Moldova agency has been created. Business has been actively growing in Kiev. The division in Kazakhstan has also become part of FCB network.
In 2005, media spaces purchases were separated into a separate business and merged into the new buying company MAGMA. Media Arts Group strengthened the BTL direction; as a result, the Simple MA structure was created, the center for planning and managing BTL projects of the group. Continuing to develop in the BTL direction, the group organized the company Priz & MA with expertise in event marketing. Media Arts' international bids for state campaigns (the Sochi 2014 Olympics, the Kazan 2013 Universiade, World Skills Kazan 2019, World Cup Russia 2018) have brought victory to the country many times.
According to the total rating of the volume of media purchases since 1998, the holding holds a stable seventh place among the largest Russian advertising and communication groups (ratings of Adindex/RBC Daily; AKAR/Sostav).
Since January 2017, the Media arts group of companies has been part of Serviceplan international network, representing the interests of its media division Mediaplus on the territories of Russia and the CIS countries.
